Quality Policy

The quality of services provided by Villa Mondragone Congress Center represents an essential element for those companies who want to respond to market demands changes efficiently, especially for the on-going evolution of customer needs.

For this purpose it has been decided to consider ISO 9001:2000 certification of quality management system, an effective tool of organizational consolidation in order to satisfy some contractural requirements and for an on-going “process and product improvement” towards the customer.

In this organizational field, within Mod 05.PDQ “Quality Policy”, some elements, at the base of the following actions, have been defined:

  • the whole Customer satisfaction for his contractural demands;
  • the observance of the compliance requirement attainment to legislation, policies, laws and proneness, as well as of all technical standards and of applicable Art rules;
  • the attainment and the maintenance of the quality management system compliance according to ISO 9001:2000 Certification;
  • the on-going improvement of quality management system potency;
  • the performance of periodical reviews from Direction and the definition of Quality Policy purposes;
  • the whole involvement and the proactive presence of all the staff for quality management;
  • the maintenance and the completion of staff competence, equipment features and of operative methods qualification.
